KEMPER MASTER BATH—This lovely 1970 home in Lafayette was ready for a remodel. I was hired to design the master and kids bathroom, created contruction documents, and specifications binder which contained all materials, fixtures, electrical componets, products model numbers and where to purchase item. Finally a licensed contractor followed these details drawings very accurately.
